Patel Realty provides consulting services and offers representation for the purpose of obtaining entitlements for the use of real estate. From simple variances to more complicated matters such as map and text amendments, PUD, and TIF we have had great success for our projects and our clients. With many strong relationships throughout real estate and municipal circles we have a keen understanding of what it takes to get things done. Part of the reason for or great record of success is that we also recognize when an entitlement is out of reach. In several instances we chose or advised not to pursue a course of action only to see another party subsequently fail at the same.
